How we create your tribute video
If you are considering commissioning a film, we invite you to contact us in confidence. We offer a personal consultation to explore your ideas and needs and to guide you through the process.
We can discuss the meaningful items you’d like to include and the significance behind each one. These belongings might include proud symbols of military service, reminders of charitable work, tools from a skilled trade, or awards and sporting trophies celebrating achievements in life—personal treasures that evoke memories and reflect their character. Photographs also play a key role, and we encourage you to gather images from all parts of their life — not just of the people themselves, but also of family, friends, pets, holidays, and life events.
Once you’ve chosen the items and photographs you'd like to include, we personally collect your possessions. We carefully pack them for the journey and transport them safely from your home to our studio. Alternatively, you can drop off everything to our studio, where they will be securely stored until the day of the shoot. Once the shoot is complete, we will coordinate a convenient time for you to collect.
Here at our studio we build a homely set in which to place your items. We arrange your possessions, where each piece is thoughtfully arranged on the sideboard, just as you might display them at home.
We use advanced robotics to create a custom, flowing camera movement that elegantly showcases your treasured items, all set to a carefully chosen piece of music. There are options to add in a slideshow to enable even more photographs to be included and feature written messages and kind words.
Your tribute film is beautifully presented in our individually etched wooden keepsake box containing a USB-drive, an elegant finishing detail making it a truly bespoke tribute video service.
It is provided in a format for viewing on a smart TV, computer and mobile devices and as a digital download for sharing with family and friends.
