Introductory Time-Limited Offer – £995 Terms & Conditions

Curated Tributes is a new venture founded by husband-and-wife team Jason and Fiona. Whilst we bring decades of creative and professional experience from our stills and motion photography businesses, we are currently building a portfolio of client work to showcase on our website and in other marketing materials.

As part of this launch phase, we are offering our Signature Tribute Film service at a special introductory price of £995 (inclusive of VAT). This is a time-limited and discretionary offer.

In return for this reduced rate, we kindly ask participating clients to agree to the following:

1. Marketing Permission

You will be asked to sign a brief written release permitting Curated Tributes (Jason Butcher Ltd) to use the film we create for you—including any images, audio, or titles it contains—for promotional purposes. Usage may include (but is not limited to):

  • Our website and social media channels

  • Video-sharing platforms (e.g. YouTube or Vimeo)

  • Digital advertising

  • Email marketing

  • Industry-related or third-party websites referencing our work

2. Client Review

You agree to provide an honest written review of our service, which may be published (in whole or in part) for promotional purposes. You will not be required to provide a positive review—only a genuine one based on your experience.

3. Offer Conditions

  • This offer is available at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

  • The service you receive will be of the same professional quality as our standard-priced offerings.

  • All other terms governing the use of our services, including those related to payment, intellectual property, data protection, and client conduct, are as set out in our Terms of Service, which remain fully applicable.

  • Cannot be used with any other offer.
